We had reached out to Aida recently to help us look for our first house in Canada on a recommendation of our office colleague. She has in-depth knowledge in housing and gives you honest opinions. Sometimes you might just like a house, but she will explain you everything which you might not have thought of. We had a very tight timeline, but she was very optimistic and helpful in our house search. She managed to book appointments and made showing possible at the shortest notice. I was really nervous about putting my house up for sale, I felt it wasn't in good enough condition to get a decent price, However a friend referred me to Aida and insisted I call her and I did, so thankful for making that call! The first time I met Aida she immediately put me at ease, she was confidently and so prepared and not pushy at all. Aida gave us her opinion of what we could do for the least cost to get the best amount for our house, we listened and followed through with her advice. She also was very knowledgable about the market and when was a perfect time to list. She staged our home and added her expert touches which made me love where I lived again lol, but only for a short while because my house sold the first night it was up for sale, before the open house!!! So Aida had clearly done lots of work prior to my house even going on the market. I was very impressed with how she worked when negotiating, the sale, she knows what's she doing and i completely trusted her. She is fabulous! As a first time home buyer, and in a very turbulent housing market, Aida helped me looked at a good chunk of homes. And in various locations for quite a while, but was always professional as well as knowledgeable with attention to details. We eventually came across a home that she booked for me, I put in an offer through her, and it was accepted. However, sometime after the deal, the seller wanted to back out of the deal. Long story short, Aida helped me and my family pull through, and got the home in end. Highly recommendable.
